GEORGES OHSAWA
Georges OHSAWA (1893-1966), born in 1893 in Kyoto was a Philosopher and a Doctor therapist who lived as much in East and West throughout his life.
Earth life that ended on April 24, 1966, 57 years ago. He won't come back.
G. OHSAWA is the
Creator-Founder of the Macrobiotic method, its modern concepts, and its
culinary and nutritional techniques. He creates a new interpretation of ancient
eastern philosophies and medicines that he named PHILOSOPHY AND SCIENCE OF THE
FAR EAST.
He propagated and transmitted the Macrobiotic(s) and the Philosophy of the UNIQUE PRINCIPLE all around the world: Japan, France (Europe), India, USA, Vietnam, Africa, Russia, … for free, to everyone, all over the world. Unlike some "business men" who have copied them and would like to make Copyright or Trademark.
This Macrobiotic Dietetics is only an application of the SINGLE PRINCIPLE from which LE COMPAS YIN-YANG is derived.
He mainly spread it while it
is only a system to establish a base that opens up to the real goal which is to
develop the process of infinite consciousness.
Macrobiotic Dietetics is a remarkable praxis (practice) to first achieve an optimal level of health. Then allows entering into the psychic and energetic perception of the Macrobiotic Principle. And thirdly, deepen the degree of integration of the Unique Principle YIN-YANG. What many ignore or not practice.

Attaining the highest spiritual state is the essential motive of the Philosophy of the Unique Principle according to G. OHSAWA.
G. OHSAWA has invented and perfected to excellence a new interpretation of ancient Eastern philosophies and medicines which he has modernized and named FAR EAST PHILOSOPHY AND SCIENCE.
In this Philosophy and Science of the Far East all the SOURCES and PURPOSES of the old Oriental philosophies and schools which you meet in the way of the Macrobiotic Principle are combined.
G. OHSAWA will not return, he is in the Infinite Expansion, at the origin of all creations, he participates in it. He is therefore present but in such an indefinite form that one has to reach high-frequencies dimensions oneself to really join it.
But, without this necessary high qualification, he encourages us and expresses us in the Zen Macrobiotic: “I would be very happy if you could use this book as a passport to Happiness, if only during ten days. You have obviously understood that you will not be able to reach him with your smartphone either by WhatsApp or in principle by any other digital device or fetish that would replace the real FAITH!
Faith is neither eating mustard seeds or praying to the Holy Virgin nor lighting a candle and above all putting a coin in the church trunk that fattening the pontiffs.
FAITH is not a "belief" or a "pleading" that tries to pity a god or an angel.
Faith in our Unique Principle is Judgment evolving.
Which reveals
itself. Which finds himself.
"Faith" without the body is nothing to the Soul. Faith dissociated
from the body does not interest the Soul.
The brake against Faith must
be gradually released every day so that it shines in its true purity and
expresses itself: Knowledge, Certainty, Humility, Service.
G. OHSAWA, or the ORDER of the UNIVERSE, is reachable at any time by this authentic FAITH, it is not a metaphor, a supposition, but a real act, a factual scientific operation of the mind.

enough in this great school. I have never written a book that answers so many

I hope the Real Zen Macrobiotic
has been carefully and "macrobiotically" translated into English for
our English-speaking friends, and especially our sincere practicing American
friends (I haven't had time to review it yet). On the contrary, those who
sincerely seek the deep SENSE of the Macrobiotic Principle
and the Far Eastern Philosophy and Science will miss the
authentic “diplodocus” of G. OHSAWA's message.
If this is not the case, I will try to take steps with the publisher Vrin to translate it into English as it was really and completely written in French, from A to Z.
ALREADY 57 YEARS OLD, HOPE OR DECLINE?
57 years ago, G. OHSAWA travels forever in INFINITY, without any body anchoring nor energy mold.
Although some today pray to the identity, he embodied in an ancient life over 2000 years ago awaiting his return. A bloody corpse exhibited in all the stalls selling rotten fish and trinkets.
But since his final departure, what has happened for 57 years? I saw, and I lived since my age of 16 years a part of this History since I did not physically meet G. OHSAWA, while in my research deepens always more, my unveiling continues, day after day. Research, Discoveries and Disclosure that I share transparently with all readers who visit this website.
In this Way that I have been living and practicing for forty years, I have seen among the macrobiotics and the other adventurers of the "natural and philosophical life", the determinations, the hopes, the convictions, the expectations, the essays, the confessions, the "secrets" but also, vindications, failures, thieves, falsifiers, plagiarists, offenders, follies, etc...
I have also seen or followed
the designs of all the principal pupils of G. OHSAWA in Europe and the USA. To
this day none of those who have really developed, in one form or another, in
the social, intellectual or economic world, are still alive today.
Where are
they living? What are they doing? How are they preparing?
And what assessment do they make of their actions and the consequences on this Earth after having received an exceptional, rare teaching, from such a precious Master, extremely generous and available Master. For they have not only benefited from the pedagogy of a rare and priceless knowledge, but also from the privilege of an atavistic transmission which has facilitated, for the faithful, their process of evolution by improving the Master, a perquisite from him.
The spiritual and exceptional favor that G. OHSAWA attributed to those, who were sincere and really practiced the Macrobiotic Principle, benefited them by doubling the effort they produced... The Aura of G. OHSAWA protected them and really awakened them in their spiritual becoming…. This is a magic secret.
In the past, there were
students and assistants who became "heads of departments" in hospital
medicine or seasoned and renowned doctors, called Master, Dear Master, with
deep respect, their HEAD of medicine.
The one who had taught them his secrets
and his precious experiences in the complex world of the clinic and the
hospital to stimulate and deepen their therapeutic and technical knowledge.
These intuitu personae teachings were an invaluable
treasure and tutoring because these apprentice doctors saved time and avoided
the big mistakes, the most serious incidents in their journey of knowledge.
They enriched themselves with a Science of Life and Death which would have required precious time, biological exhaustion, missteps and costly deviations, suffering, and above all a time of life and energy double to arrive at the same result, in their medical “priesthood”.
And get to become a therapist. Because being a graduated doctor does not mean that one is a therapist... in the old sense of “therapists”, in the mission of definitively healing the body and the mind.
But today this Transmission
has practically disappeared because of those doctors who have forgotten what
they received as a GIFT from their Master. What they acquired they kept for
themselves and worse they did not pass on the baton even if the situation was
modernized in the reports, that is to say a form of false collegiate equality.
They had to do it, even if it was only to a few, and it was the price of paying
off their priceless debt that they had received freely and naturally. At least
they had to facilitate the development or the ground so that certain sincere
candidates could in turn take up authentic medicine for therapeutic purposes.
But many fall into the devil's trap, themselves devoured by ambition and
interpersonal conflict and also ease.
Referring to this example, and by collecting my metempirical memory (inner or historical memory), I can say today that G. OHSAWA was more than a Master of teaching and philosophy, he was an AWAKENER in the knowledge of the phenomena of the universe but above all in knowing and unveiling the Nature of Spirit. Raising one's JUDGMENT is much more difficult than learning to maintain one's health or helping to heal the suffering who asked for it. It is difficult to express it in words here (as I did above) but G. OHSAWA was a Master in the art of opening the spirit of his students and accompanying them to the maximum in the highest level of the field of Consciousness.
G. OHSAWA was like a quantum current or a progressive and powerful wave which train the one who indulges in it, at a speed and levels that he would never have reached alone or with another "master".
I saw in the number of direct testimonies that some respected him deeply until their last breath, others treated him as a competent, original or charismatic teacher. But others have betrayed him for their own petty interests either pecuniary or for glory. I found later, in my modest experience on the path of the Spirit, that all true Masters were betrayed by one or more of their disciples; the Judas is a universal model, both feminine and masculine.
When I was in charge of the production of the review “Le Principe Unique” whose editor-in-chief was Clim Yoshimi within the TENRYU Institute, I had a person on the phone who asked to meet G. OHSAWA, when I told her that he was no longer of this world, she cried with great emotion without being able to stop her for a while long time…. and after a moment of silence, she said goodbye and she cut off.
This lady had an exceptional
gift of metempirical memory which "travels" beyond
Space-Time and crosses our own history or the history of human beings.
ALICE AND THE WORLD OF VEGANS
At 16 I entered this
“evangelical” world like Alice in Wonderland. But some will say, it's a bit
young, how is it possible? How can a teenager become interested in the
philosophy, practices and methods it offers?
I started at this age, to read
the principles and especially to practice at first vegetarianism, then a year
later the Macrobiotic Diet of G. OHSAWA following the guidelines of his book
" L’acupuncture et la médecine
d’Extrême-Orient (Acupuncture
and Medicine Far East) ".
II did it alone, without "legacy",
without patronage, without support, without accompaniment, on my own. But I was
tormented by my digestive problems and especially my psychic depressions (and
at certain times, suicidal) which increased without any doctor being able to
give me the solution, except to prescribe me analgesics and psychotropic drugs
which I refused to take.
When the "devil"
runs behind you, you have courage and a thirst for discovery with all the
audacity, so I started vegetarianism with H.C. Geffroy, one of the founders of Natural
Eating Food in France. I lived epic adventures during this time with
the different “currents of vegetarian consumption”.
I first went through
crudivorisme, then frugivorisme, and finally a mixed frugivore veganism (half
fruits, half miscellaneous). I skip the consequences of these three currents of
eating behavior on my body and my mental state which knocked me out.
After many years of experience
in the Macrobiotic Principle, I can affirm that WITHOUT the consumption of
animal products (terrestrial, marine or dairy) no vegan and vegetarian can hold
out more than six months or a year in a good health. If it continues it wastes
away, metabolic problems begin and organic dysfunctions follow with virulently.
The worst is the psychic disorders that occur during and amplify afterwards.
Vegetarians who are doing fairly well are those who eat eggs as their only
animal source, in various forms. Eating chicken is not being a vegetarian!
The others who claim to be mordicus 100% raw food eaters, or 100% frugivorous people, or 100% vegans, are either conscious liars or they are in intrapsychic denial until they find that their organism throws in the towel and they go straight to the disease.
The solution of liars is
simple and infernal for their mind.
They hide to eat meat, chicken or cheese
when they find that dietary supplements, based on EEAs (essential amino acids),
polyunsaturated and saturated fats (EFA), minerals and vitamins, no longer work.
Some followers of radical
vegetarianism add dangerous metabolites, chemical supplements, called “natural”:
Phenylalanine, Alpha GP choline, Uridine, Carnitine, Creatine, CoE Q10,
Taurine, FAD, Quercetin, etc....
They then reap the results of
their "artificial supplementation" and extremely YIN in situ (despite
the YANG chemistry of the products marketed).
Here are some examples: edema
and blood disorders, arthritis, chronic sinusitis and rhinitis, ubiquitous
embolisms, allergies and other inflammations, stomach and metabolic disorders
of digestion, liver gallbladder spleen and pancreatic problems, hypothermia, hypothermia
or disparity of organic temperature variations, etc.
THE TRUE EVOLVED VEGANISM : THE MACROBIOTIC PRINCIPLE
An important point must be
made here. I said vegans become sick in their 100% vegetal food style by
consuming mostly, vegetables, fruits (oleaginous or not) and plants. But they
omit an essential factor: WHOLEGROUND CEREALS! THEY EAT VERY LITTLE CEREALS IF
ANY FOR A LONG PERIOD!
I point out to all the “amateurs” that almost all vegetarians, vegans, consume sparsely or no whole grains, and some no or few legumes. Even 10-20% cereals per day is insufficient for a sincere vegan to preserve a good health.
They need to understand that becoming vegan can happen overnight but the food SCIENCE of veganism takes at least ten years to master! And through experience and the time factor, the apprentice vegan always ends up understanding and joining Macrobiotic Dietetics. He then knows that the best way to be a real vegan is to practice Macrobiotics.
It should be understood that “vegan macrobiotics” has little to do with “disoriented” basic vegetarianism. We are in another dimension, an evolved veganism which makes the inclusion of a philosophy extremely linked to this true food science.
Then, I started the practice
of Macrobiotics at the age of 17. And then, in 30 days, everything changed! And
I understood the basis of the Macrobiotic Diet and the importance of whole
grains in the human nutrition.
I also understood what it means: Condition
of Health and its development!
It was only the beginning of
my experiences and discoveries, and I must admit that the year of
vegetarianism-fruitfulness prepared me well to integrate a degree of awareness
of what is the reality of human nutrition.
Happy with this wonderful discovery, I also learned that food cannot be improvised, “instinctively” or “judgmentally” as some say.
Knowing WHAT and HOW to eat belongs to a Universal School but with tests (crucible) to enter it.
Then you have to understand WHY!
What becomes inevitable to move from Macrobiotic Dietetics to Macrobiotic Principle!
To understand this METHOD and take full advantage of it.
The answer is simple, efficient, accessible to all, pragmatic, sustainable, progressive.

Macrobiotics, today, practice the YIN-YANG Compass of phenomena and act in the Order of the Universe by relying on Cellular Nutrition and Energetic Feeding as a basis for the development of their JUDGEMENT (The Path of Ultimate Consciousness field).

This updated Immortal YIN-YANG
Principle, without deviating from its authenticity, while facilitating the path
towards its origin, G. OHSAWA has propagated and transmitted it – day and night
– throughout the world: Japan, France (Europe), India, USA, Vietnam, Africa,
Russia, ...
But nothing has changed in
PRINCIPLE, nothing has changed in substance, for millions of years, or for
thousands of years, except in FORM. It is dictated by the “Climate” of each era
and it is logical, we must enter into the type of conative force of the present
World.
Today, it is that of a
modernity of this 21st century which is out of breath, at the end of the Historical
Spiral of the Order of the Universe. This end of this period goes
through a seriousness. This seriousness is neither wars nor climate change. It lodges
in the heads of the inhabitants of the Earth, it appears in the form of a
tragic process: psychic disorders and mental illnesses.
The practice of Macrobiotics then becomes not useful, no longer necessary, but vital.
I would now like to present to you a marvelous poem by G. OHSAWA: LA NEIGE - THE FALLING SNOW.
This particular "haiku" poem is that of a Man having the Supreme Judgment, the Ultimate Truth.
It demonstrates in an elegant and didactic the vision of a Supreme Judgment, beyond that of another very famous man: Siddhartha Gautama.
We SEE through his poetry, the
ineluctable principle of diversity in the Order of Nature, the quantum
functions of elementary particles, the Energy and phenomena of YIN-YANG, the
Eternal Unique Principle which elaborates and perfects its processes in the
ORDER of the infinite UNIVERSE.
This principle which draws the functions of
Space-Time which is in no way erased from the Memory of the Free Man.
The perfect clairvoyance of a Man who has attained this supreme and eternal Consciousness, he SEES the animation of all manifestations in the multiverses.
